INTERSECTIONS CI-PNW's 2024 theme aims to define the intersections we face individually and communally and to understand how God is within that work. In this year's theme, youth will have the safe space to explore and understand who God is through biblical stories, camp activities, small groups, pastoral sermons, devoted leaders, and other peers. Our hope is for participants to find a relationship with God and for that relationship to be a part of their lives' INTERSECTIONS.

~LATE REGISTRATION: Limited space availability. Zelle or Venmo preferred; Check, Money Order, and PayPal also available
|
All CI-PNW 2024 attendees (campers, leaders, speakers, and day guests) must fill out the Lake Retreat Camp Waiver Form and return it directly to registrar@ci-pnw.org prior to December 10, 2024. |
Typically, all registration fees are non-refundable after December 10th each year-- including no-show campers and cancellations due to illness or inclement weather. AVOID LATE FEES AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CI-PNW REFUND POLICY. CI-PNW is responsible for paying total group fees to the secured campsite for a guaranteed number of campers and meals, regardless of any NO-SHOW campers and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS. For this reason, paid registration fees are partially refundable (minus a $40 non-refundable processing fee per individual registration) for any cancellations made by December 10th. CI-PNW will also impose late fees and/or a 100% non-refundable policy to those who modify their CI registrations after the set deadline of December 10th -- this includes any changes due to personal circumstances or sudden illness. In the case of inclement weather or other possible situations, CI-PNW will notify campers and families of any logistical updates and timely decisions made with regards to the health and safety of the entire group; this will be done via the e-mails provided during registration and via the website. If any logistical camp changes impact the registration fees already paid, CI-PNW will do its best to communicate any possible refunds to its campers and families. Please make the best decisions for your own safety with regards to weather and travel conditions. In special cases, the CI-PNW Registrar will consider making arrangements for churches/families who wish to replace a camper with paid registration with another camper to attend in their place, subject to availability of finalized lodging arrangements. CI-PNW will not handle any refunds or exchange of fees in this situation.
