CI-PNW 2023 THEME AND SCHEDULE

NO MATTER WHAT

This year's theme talks about our perseverance to a life that God intends for us.
We will do whatever it takes to bring God's kindom into the CI community, no matter what
.

We all come from different contexts and stages of life.
There is a normalized hustle and bustle culture, but all of us have a big heart to want to provide a loving space for each other.
"No Matter What" is asking us how we intentionally form our time with one another
and actually create a space for ourselves that is safe and loving.

How are we listening to one another, encouraging one another,
and guiding each other to belonging in God's kindom?

HEALTH & WELLNESS SAFETY GUIDELINES

CI-PNW values the safety and well-being of all camp participants. Prior to arrival, we recommend that everyone is fully vaccinated, without symptoms, and receives a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test within 48 hours of departing to camp. Any further updates or instructions will be guided by our CI-PNW Health & Safety Team and communicated by our CI-PNW Collective. A version can be found on our CI-PNW Registration Form.

We will also be following the guidance of the WA Department of Health with regards to recommendations given to K-12 schools and activities for this age group. This includes instructions on what to do if a person is symptomatic or thinks they have been exposed to COVID-19.

We ask for everyone's cooperation and diligence in order to reduce any health risks to our participants, leadership, and loved ones and to support the in-person programming offered by CI-PNW this year.

CI DISCLAIMER AND REFUND POLICY

Typically, all registration fees are non-refundable after December 10th each year-- including no-show campers and cancellations due to illness or inclement weather.

AVOID LATE FEES AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CI-PNW REFUND POLICY. CI-PNW is responsible for paying total group fees to the secured campsite for a guaranteed number of campers and meals, regardless of any NO-SHOW campers and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS.

For this reason, paid registration fees are partially refundable (minus a $40 non-refundable processing fee per individual registration) for any cancellations made by December 10th.

CI-PNW will also impose late fees and/or a 100% non-refundable policy to those who modify their CI registrations after the set deadline of December 10th -- this includes any changes due to personal circumstances or sudden illness.

In the case of inclement weather or other possible situations, CI-PNW will notify campers and families of any logistical updates and timely decisions made with regards to the health and safety of the entire group; this will be done via the e-mails provided during registration and via the website. If any logistical camp changes impact the registration fees already paid, CI-PNW will do its best to communicate any possible refunds to its campers and families. Please make the best decisions for your own safety with regards to weather and travel conditions.

In special cases, the CI-PNW Registrar will consider making arrangements for churches/families who wish to replace a camper with paid registration with another camper to attend in their place. CI-PNW will not handle any refunds or exchange of fees in this situation.
