Recent years have been marked by incredible disruption and uncertainty. In the midst of a devastating pandemic, a divisive political climate, and economic turmoil, we turn to stories of Jesus that have anchored Christian communities in challenging times for over two millennia. Our hope is that youth will leave with a bigger and broader vision of the kind of community Christ is calling us to be in times of loss, grief, and massive disruption. What would be possible if we tend to the needs of our communities in small and often disruptive ways as Jesus? May we do so with the faith that a multitude of small actions, like seeds, can activate a community’s healing and renewal.

CI-PNW will be enforcing masking (required except while eating), social distancing, and hand washing to minimize the spread of germs. We value the safety and well-being of all camp participants. Prior to arrival, we recommend that everyone is fully vaccinated, without symptoms, and receives a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test within 48 hours of departing to camp. Any further updates or instructions will be guided by our CI-PNW COVID-19 Task Force and communicated by our CI-PNW Collective. A version is found on our CI-PNW Registration Form. We will also be following the guidance of the WA Department of Health with regards to recommendations given to K-12 schools and activities for this age group. This includes instructions on what to do if a person is symptomatic or thinks they have been exposed to COVID-19. We ask for everyone's cooperation and diligence in order to reduce any health risks to our participants, leadership, and loved ones and to support the in-person programming offered by CI-PNW this year. |
Typically, all registration fees are non-refundable after December 18th each year-- including no-show campers and cancellations due to illness or inclement weather. AVOID LATE FEES AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CI-PNW REFUND POLICY. CI-PNW is responsible for paying total group fees to the secured campsite for a guaranteed number of campers and meals, regardless of NO-SHOW campers and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS. For this reason, paid registration fees are partially refundable (minus a $40 non-refundable processing fee per individual registration) for any cancellations made by December 18. CI-PNW will also impose late fees and/or a 100% non-refundable policy to those who modify their CI registrations after the set deadline of December 18 -- this includes any changes due to personal circumstances or sudden illness. In the case of inclement weather, CI-PNW will issue a partial-refund of about 25% of their registration fee, if and only if the passes are closed by the Washington State Department of Transportation at the time you would be coming over. If the passes are open and you do not feel comfortable driving over, we will impose a 100% non-refundable policy. In special cases, the CI-PNW Registrar will consider making arrangements for churches/families who wish to replace a camper with paid registration with another camper to attend in their place. CI-PNW will not handle any refunds or exchange of fees in this situation.
