CI-PNW ADVISORY BOARD
The CI-PNW Advisory Board helps to oversee the long-term sustainability and development of the CI-PNW ministry as the Design/Leadership Teams and available clergy change from year to year. The CI-PNW Advisory Board establishes the formation and development of the CI Design and Leadership teams, guides CI logistics and budgeting decisions, serves as a resource to the CI Dean(s), Director(s), and other CI-PNW executive leaders, and strengthens community partnerships for continued engagement and longlasting impact of the CI ministry. CI-PNW DESIGN AND LEADERSHIP TEAM
The primary function of the CI-PNW Design Team is to conceptualize the theme for the upcoming camp and make basic preparations prior to leadership trainings and registration. Members of the Design Team vary from year to year, though some members return for the sake of consistency. It is a strong objective to balance participation and include representatives from the various churches involved in CI-PNW, encouraging new members to rotate in with a fresh voice and flavor to add to planning. The CIDT works with the Camp Director and is guided by the CI-PNW Dean.

Once the general theme is designed for camp, the CI-PNW Leadership Team spends time training, preparing, and assigning various roles for the camp itself. Family group leaders dive into the Bible study materials. Coordinators for worship, music/band, drama, and activities make arrangements and lead their teams. Leaders in Training (LIT's) are an integral part of the Leadership Team development for all first and second year leaders. Support staff such as workshop leaders and clergy help in designated areas.

Are you interested in helping out with the upcoming camp? There are various ways that you can be involved. CI-PNW is always looking for people to further the vision and mission of Christmas Institute. E-mail info@ci-pnw.org to get the latest updates.

PNWUMC CAUCUS OF FILIPINO CLERGY
The PNWUMC Caucus of Filipino Clergy consists of all Filipino and Filipino American United Methodist clergy who are currently appointed within the Pacific Northwest UMC (PNWUMC) Conference and Alaska UMC Missionary Conference. Connection extends to pastors appointed to serve at United Methodist local churches that have a large number of Filipino members in their congregation. CI-PNW Deanship is selected from within the Caucus each year, with the intention of rotating periodically between various PNWUMC clergy members. During planning stages of CI and at the camp itself, our clergy provide spiritual direction and support to the leaders and staff.
